Highly recommend Sledge! Karl was so quick to get me a quote and get me in and out with what I needed for my sprinter van. They were nothing but nice and welcoming from the moment I showed up and were expecting me, which you absolutely do not get at bigger dealership automotive. They did a great job and even threw in an extra they didn't have to for my travels. Would absolutely take my van here again. They were also HALF the price I was quoted at the other automotive I went to initially. Very fair price and you just can't beat the kindness, professionalism, and hospitality here.

I found Sledge auto repair online, read the reviews, and decided to visit. I walked in without a appointment, and was immediately greeted by the owner Karl. Very friendly, very professional. I had more than one issue with my vehicle, described each one,and Karl immediately brought my car around to do some diagnostic testing. He quickly found the causes the vehicles issues, taking the time to clearly explain each one to me,and recommend which ones needed to be addressed first. Once agreed upon,Karl and Rafael, his mechanic, began working on my vehicle right away, again, I had no appointment. They were able to repair the issues quickly and efficiently. Checking and doubling checking that the repairs were working correctly before I left. Karl and his team are honest, friendly, thorough and very professional. This will be my go to auto repair shop going forward, and definitely recommend checking them out before getting your vehicle repaired anywhere else. I'm totally satisfied and happy with my experience there today

My car’s check engine light was on, meanwhile I needed an oil change. I called while on my break at work and was able to drop it off the same day. Due to the day of the week and my work schedule, I was unable to pick it up for a while. When I did, it ran much more smoothly (go figure, changing the oil makes the car run better) and Karl had changed the air filter. While we don’t know for sure if that’s why the check engine light was on, my dad (who is also a mechanic) agreed that it could have been the cause of that specific code. I also sent my dad a picture of the invoice and, while he mentioned there was potential for upselling, he said the prices were fair and all good things to be done to my car. Due to how often I forget to do basic maintenance, I do believe that everything actually needed to be done. Hopefully the check engine light stays off!

I’ve spent enough time around the automotive world to notice that customer service can sometimes be an afterthought—but that’s definitely not the case here. Carl stands out as someone who truly takes pride in what he does. He’s kind, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about helping people, not just completing jobs. That level of care shows in both his communication and the way he approaches his work. It’s rare to come across someone in this industry who combines technical skill with genuine professionalism and a people-first mindset. If you’re in the Kissimmee/Orlando area and looking for a mechanic you can trust, Carl is absolutely someone I’d recommend without hesitation.
